what premiere did you go to I was invited to go to the one in London so I went!!! I loved the movie...Orlando Blomo is totally gorgeous, but after talking to him for a while and getting his atuograph and silly stuff like that, I found him kind of wierd, he waaay down t oearth and really grounded, he has a wierd fetish for rice pudding? I mea nsure rice pudding a that rice pudding store in manhattan...fuck i forget the name...well there's is so good, but he likes ambrosia...that stuff's crap, and the way he dresses or well used to till i guess his publiscist made him have a professional pick out his outfits...dude my eyeballs were spinning!!! and I dunno he's just wierd...but anyways I LOVE YOUR STORY ITS SOOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I agree with almost everything written below, certainly if it describes how lovely the story is. i look forward to reading more and wonder if she's on her way to sir Mc. Kellen, as she was thinking about paying for the clothes herself. I think it wouldn't be a good idea to let the same thing happen in the storm because Orlando already made us remember it when he recalls the situation at the end of the last chapter. I liked the switching scenes, but sometimes they make you read much faster, when it doesn't (or not yet?) seem necessary. It's a technique that hightens suspence and the rythm of the storry, so just keep in mind not to shift too much or too soon. (It's often used in films: as the end comes near the scenes switch more quicly, to install a sense of haste and importance). i have only some minor remarks about the French sentences you wrote in chapter 9. French isn't my first language (and English only the third, so forgive me my mistakes...), but i checked some of them in the dictionary. ° rencontre is fault and has to be 'rencontrer' ° 'prochaine' means 'next'. i think you would have to say: dans un proche avenir ° j'espère ° i'm not sure if the combination of the two expressions in Sophia's answer is used. normally the classic responce is just; "enchantrée madame". it could be that it's ok what you wrote, i have just not heard it yet(but i live in the 21st century of course). i hope this helps a little and want to tell you that i really think you do an amazing job with this storry . hope the love of your 'fangirls' can inspire you!! (and definitely hope i didn't bore you to much with things you already knew!)

Wonderful new chapter! I liked the way the scenes switched between Sophia and Diane and Orlando and Eric. Very nice. And if you want suggestions on plotlines...we can't waste a good thunderstorm. I think Sophia and Orlando should get caught in the rain and have to wait out the storm somewhere together. :)

Good luck with the KOH premiere, bring your extra-zoomy camera and send pics back to us in the states! Loved the chapter, random or not. It's what my writing professor calls a 'setting piece'. It's been well over a three months since I picked up a story that wasn't from some anthology or dissertation. I love this story, and as a fan of the AU world, this is as good as it gets. You write in a way that is so clear and focused; the characters come alive with every sentence. I can't wait for the next chapter!
